2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
2 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. hot dry mustard
1 small can Pet milk
walnuts

Beat all ingredients, except walnuts. Shape into a ball and roll in walnuts. Wrap with waxed paper. Chill.
