HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
8 oz. wide egg noodles
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
6 slices bacon, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
2 cans tomato soup, undiluted
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento
1/2 c. cheese, grated
2 tsp. chili powder

Cook egg noodles until almost tender. Saute ground beef, bacon, garlic and onion; drain excess fat. Combine meat with noodles and remaining ingredients. Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
