TURTLE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
3 eggs

Mix together. Pour half of cake mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Melt 1 bag caramels and 1/2 can Eagle Brand milk. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with pecans. Pour in rest of cake batter. Bake 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and mix together.
