HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
16 oz. chopped green beans, drained
1 can tomato soup
5 potatoes, cooked
1/4-1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. American cheese

Brown meat and onions. Add salt and pepper. Add green beans and soup. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mash potatoes while hot. Add milk and egg to potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon in mounds over casserole. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Can substitute Bisquick mix for potatoes if desired.
