A favorite with kids!

Mix together:

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. onion - minced
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. milk

Bake in pie dish - 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Then spread on top:

7 servings of prepared instant mashed potatoes

Sprinkle with:

1 c. grated cheese

Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer until cheese melts.
