BEEF BURGUNDY | |
2 lb. sirloin tips, 1 inch cubes 1 tbsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. dried minced onions 1 tbsp. bouillon powder, or 3 cubes 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 1/2 c. red wine 2 c. milk 2 c. water 3 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. cooking oil 8 oz. egg noodles or spinach noodles Brown beef in oil; add garlic, onion, bouillon, and parsley. Cook for 1 hour. Add 1 cup wine. Cook for 1 hour. Mix flour with milk and add to pot. Add 1/2 cup wine and thicken. Add water to desired thickness. Serve over noodles. Serves 6. |
