BEEF BURGUNDY 
3 lb. sirloin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 soup can burgundy wine

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut sirloin into 1-inch cubes and mix with all of the above. Cook for 3 hours, turning the oven down to 300 degrees for the last hour. Cook covered or uncovered. Serve over noodles or rice.

VARIATION: Stew meat can be used in a crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
