GUACAMOLE 
2 medium avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 medium tomato
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 small onion
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mild chilies
Fresh minced cilantro

Skin and seed the avocados. Dice tomatoes. In bowl, mash avocados with lemon juice. Stir in tomato, salt, onion, garlic, chilies, and pinch of cilantro. (To make it spicy, substitute jalapenos for the chilies.)
