CRANPROTEIN DRINK 
Power punch of protein.

PER SERVING:

3/4 cup cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
1/2 cup skim milk, chilled
1/3 cup non-fat dry milk crystals
1 egg
2 tbsp. skim milk cottage cheese

Combine all ingredients in a blender

and whirl at top speed for 30 seconds until smooth.

Serves 1.
