PER SERVING:

1 cup cranberry-apple juice, chilled
2 small scoops strawberry ice cream
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Combine all ingredients and beat with a rotary egg beater or blender, until smooth and well blended.

Serve at once in a tall glass.

Suggested garnish: Sweetened whipped cream.
