PERFECTION BLUEBERRY PANCAKES 
DRY INGREDIENTS:

1 c. unbleached King Arthur flour
1 c. organic stone ground whole wheat flour
1 c. organic stone ground rye flour
1 c. bran and 1 c. coarsely ground oatmeal
1 c. non-fat dry milk
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. sugar; optional

WET INGREDIENTS:

1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. water
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

For each 2 pancakes, combine wet ingredients with 1 cup of dry mix as necessary. Cook in oil or butter. Dry mix may be store in a container and keeps well. In place of water it is possible to use pureed fruit, milk, apple cider, yogurt, etc.

Other fruits (bananas, raspberries, apples, pears) may be used in place of blueberries.
