Punch lots of holes in the cake and pour 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 1 jar caramel ice cream topping

6 Heath bars (Skor bars) which have been broken. I prefer to cut bars up with a knife for larger chunks. Sprinkle all over the top of the above.

Cover with Cool Whip. I crumble up 4 of the Skor bars on the top of the cake, after condensed milk and caramel topping, then put the other 2 on top of the Cool Whip.
