PICKLED OKRA 
Okra
Slit cloves of garlic
Dill seed
Red pepper
Vinegar
Sugar
Salt

Clea n and wash small okra, stuff into jars. Add 1 clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon dill seeds, 1 small red pepper to each jar.

For each pint of okra bring to boil:

2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Pour over okra and seal. Let set for three weeks before serving.
