BEEF PUFF APPETIZERS 
FILLING:

2 c. cooked ground beef
1/4 c. pickle relish
Dash ketchup
Dash Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 tsp. horseradish

Combine all the above.

PUFFS:

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter or marg.
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Combine water and butter, bring to a boil. Stir in flour all at once and continue stirring until mixture leaves side of pan. Sift soup mix over mixture to remove large chunks (discard chunks). Stir in eggs, one at a time, until smooth and velvety.

Place 1/2 teaspoon dough on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until puffs are dry. Cool and split puffs in half and fill with meat mixture.
