PLUM CAKE WITH LEMON GLAZE 
2 c. self rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. vegetable oil
2 sm. jars baby food plums
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix dry ingredients. Add oil, plums and eggs. Stir. Do not beat. Add pecans. Bake in bundt pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

LEMON GLAZE:

Melt 1 stick butter; add 1 cup powdered sugar, juice and rind of 1 lemon. Pour over hot cake.
