GLAZED LEMON CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil

Put all ingredients into a bowl. Mix together beating 2 minutes. Put in 9 x 13 pan, greased and floured. Bake until done, follow time indicated on cake mix.

When you remove from oven, prick entire cake with a fork and cover with the following mixture: 2 c. powdered sugar

Do not let cool before adding the above glaze. This cake remaining fresh and moist for many days.

NOTE: I usually reduce the glaze mixture by about 1/2.
