TURKEY PATTIES 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 to 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp. minced onion
1-2 cloves garlic or garlic powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients. Make patties and saute in hot oil approximately 5 minutes each side. Stir 1 can mushrooms into drippings, add enough water and beef bouillon to make gravy. Thicken with cornstarch. Pour gravy over turkey patties.
