1 lb. coarsely ground meat
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
4 tbsp. chili powder
3 cloves garlic
3 tsp. cumino seeds
Salt to taste
Small amount of black pepper

Brown meat and onion. Add remaining ingredients blending well. This is great for chili dogs. You may also add water; cook for 30 minutes and have supper chili.
