1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix ingredients; spread on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip, thawed

Mix ingredients; spread over cooled crust.

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. boxes instant pudding (any flavor)
2 c. cold milk

Mix ingredients; spread over first layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Top with thawed Cool Whip and sprinkle chopped pecans over top. Chill.
