PEPPERMINT DESSERT 
1 graham cracker crust in a 9x13 inch pan
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 eggs
3 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 c. cream, whipped
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
4-5 crushed candy canes

On top of graham cracker crust, put this filling:

Cream 1/2 cup butter, 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Add 3 beaten eggs, 3 squares melted semi-sweet chocolate; beat until fluffy. Spread on crust.

Top with 1 1/2 cup cream, whipped, 1 package miniature marshmallows and 4-5 crushed candy canes mixed together. Spread over chocolate. Can be frozen.
