PEPPERMINT DESSERT 
1/2 lb. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
2 squares melted chocolate
1 qt. peppermint ice cream, softened
Hot fudge (cooled)
Crushed candy canes

Mix crushed Oreo cookies, butter and melted chocolate and press into 9"x13" pan. Spread softened ice cream over cookie crust. Top with cooled hot fudge. Freeze. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes before serving. Quick, easy and good. Can make ahead and keep in freezer.

HOT FUDGE TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. milk

Cook until thick. Add 1 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
