TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Place first 4 ingredients in large mixing bowl. Bring butter, water, and cocoa to a boil in saucepan. Beat remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Add boiled ingredients to ingredients in a large bowl, then add small bowl of ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased jelly roll pan (12 x 15). Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

NOTE: After cake has baked for 15 minutes, begin making icing.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped nuts

Bring butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread immediately on hot cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
