BREAKFAST SQUARES 
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 count) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Spread 1 package of crescent rolls in the bottom of a 9x13 inch greased pan as a crust. Mix soft cream cheese with egg yolk, vanilla and sugar. Spread mixture over crust. Spread the other package of rolls over the top of the cheese mixture, to form a top crust.

Mix the egg white, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon together and spread over top crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
