JELLO VEGETABLE SALAD 
4 pkgs. lemon or lime Jello (mix per instructions on box)
1 c. cabbage, fine grated
1 c. carrots, fine grated
1 c. pineapple, cut fine & drain
1 c. raisins, soak
1 c. peas (#2 can)
Sm. amount onion, grated (opt.)

Pour Jello into a long baking pan (about 2" thick). Mix other ingredients thoroughly then pour into Jello which is in baking pan. Refrigerate until solid. Cut into squares the size you wish. Serve on lettuce leaf and top with blue cheese dressing or Miracle Whip.
