2 c. cooked beans
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/8 tsp. pepper
Fat or oil for frying

Mash beans. Beat egg and seasonings together and add to beans. Shape into patties and roll in crumbs. Fry until brown on both sides. Serve on hamburger buns.
