ANGEL ROLL 
1 box Betty Crocker angel food cake mix
1 1/3 c. water

Mix by hand just until all mix is moist. Bake for 30 minutes on 18" cookie sheet, lined with wax paper. Take out of pan when cool to touch. Roll up in kitchen towel. Put in freezer for 20 minutes. Unroll and put on icing below. Roll up like jelly roll.

CREAM FILLING:

1 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour

Cook until thick. Cool in refrigerator. Mix well: 1 c. sugar Flavoring

Mix flour mixture spoonful at a time with sugar and butter mixture. Blend until creamy.
