LEMON CHESS PIE 
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine sugar, flour, cornmeal and salt. Add butter, lemon juice, and milk; mix well. Add eggs and beat well. Pour into a pie shell and bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
