CHEESE DIP 
1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained
2 cans Rotel tomatoes & green chilies

Puree Rotel tomatoes and chilies; add to cooked ground beef and add the cheese in small slices. Cook until cheese is melted and then pour over servings of nacho chips. Great for a snack for company or an evening meal.
