MISSISSIPPI MUD 
2 sticks soft butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. coconut
Marshmallow fluff

Combine sugar and cocoa, then butter. Beat well. Add eggs one at a time. Beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla. Sift flour and salt, add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Beat 2 minutes. Add coconut and nuts. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Spread marshmallow fluff on top while hot (thin or thick--your preference). Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 box xxxx sugar
1 stick butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix with enough water to spread.
