2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter

In large saucepan mix sugar and cocoa. Add milk and vanilla until moistened. Drop in butter. Place over medium heat. Boil for NO LONGER than 3 minutes. In large mixing bowl pour oatmeal and peanut butter. When chocolate is ready, add to oatmeal. Stir all ingredients together. Begin working quickly as mixture may have tendency to dry fast. Spoon out cookies onto wax paper. Let set for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
