CHOCOLATE CHIP POUND CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
3 c. sugar
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. Land-O-Lakes butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add eggs, one at a time. Add baking powder to flour. Add alternately flour and sour cream to creamed mixture. Put chocolate chips in double boiler over hot water until melted. Stir well in cake batter. Add vanilla. Bake in large tube pan greased with cut-out paper to fit bottom. Bake 1 hour and 15 or 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients in double boiler over hot water. Mix well. Pour mixture over cake as soon as chips melt. The chocolate will harden quickly.
