BAKED CHICKEN SALAD | |
4 tbsp. flour 4 tbsp. butter 1 c. chicken broth 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 1/2 c. cooked chicken 2 tsp. green onion] 1/2 c. slivered almonds 2 hard boiled eggs 1 c. crushed potato chips 1 c. whole potato chips Cream flour, butter and chicken broth together. Combine with mayonnaise. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire and lemon juice. Add chicken, onion, almonds and chopped eggs. line 2 quart baking dish with whole potato chips. Fill with casserole; sprinkle top with crushed chips. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
