PIGS IN A BLANKET 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
Prepared mustard
1/2 lb. bacon
1 sm. onion
Toothpicks

Cut round steak in strips 1 1/2 inches wide and 4 inches long. Cut strips in half so that strips are thinner. Spread mustard on each strip. Place 1/2 strip bacon and onion on strip. Roll up and secure each strip with a toothpick. Brown in skillet, then add water to cover. Simmer 1 hour.
