BLUEBERRY BRUNCH CAKE 
1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. blueberries

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and set aside. Combine egg, milk, oil and lemon juice, add to dry ingredients; mix well. Put in greased 8" square pan. Put blueberries on top of batter.

Combine:

1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
Nuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Sprinkle over berries. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
