1 pkg. frozen O'Brien potatoes
1 1/2 c. mayo
1 lb. Velveeta in small chunks
1/4 c. bacon bits
Salt & pepper

Combine above and place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly and starts to brown. Serve with baked ham.
