SPINACH QUICHE | |
1 pkg. fresh spinach, cooked and drained 2 tbsp. onion, diced 1 tbsp. butter 2 beaten eggs 1 c. whipping cream 1/2-3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1 9-inch pie shell Saute onion in butter. Add to spinach and put into pie shell. Combine eggs, cream, cheese, spices and pour over spinach. Bake 375 degrees 40-45 minutes or until custard is set and pastry browned. |
