RASPBERRY APPLE PARFAIT 
1 pkg. (4 serving size) raspberry or sugar free gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. Motts chunky or natural apple sauce
1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed (opt.)
2 c. plain or raspberry yogurt
Fresh raspberries (opt.)

In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in bowl of water; stir in apple sauce until well blended. Stir in raspberries, if desired. Pour into 8" square pan or loaf pan. Refrigerate until firm. To serve, cut gelatin. Alternately spoon layers of gelatin and yogurt into parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Garnish with yogurt and fresh raspberries. Makes 4 servings.
