CORN CHOWDER 
1 c. diced bacon, browned
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. boiling water
1 can cream corn
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown bacon and onion. Combine flour, milk and a little butter to make white sauce. Add to bacon and onion. Cook potatoes in water until tender. Add to white sauce. Add cream corn. Heat through.
