HONEY STYLE PORK 
2 lb. pork shoulder steak, cut in sm. pieces (can use tenderloin for less fat)
2 tsp. oil
1 env. French's brown gravy mix
1 med. onion, cut in sm. wedges
1 green pepper, cut in sm. strips
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. ginger
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic sauce

Brown pork in oil for 15 minutes. Combine gravy mix, water, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic salt. Add to skillet and cover. Cook 30 minutes. Add onion and green pepper and cook 5 more minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. May double recipe easily.
