SOUR CREAM POR 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. instant rice
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced onion
2 tbsp. melted shortening
1 c. water
2 bouillon cubes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. mushroom soup
1 carton sour cream

Combine beef, uncooked rice, salt, paprika and onion. Shape into small balls. Brown in shortening. Arrange in casserole. Drain oil from pan.

Combine in pan the water, beef cubes, soup and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well blended. Add sour cream. Pour over meat balls. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve over rice or potatoes.
