SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 sm. cans green chilies, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
12 corn tortillas

Brown hamburger and onion. Set aside. Combine sour cream, soup and chilies. Save out 2 cups of this sauce. Add burger to remaining sauce. Put several tablespoons of burger mixture on each tortilla, roll and put in casserole dish. Pour the 2 cups reserved sauce over top of tortillas and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
