HONEY CURRIED CHICKEN 
2-3 lbs. chicken breast with bones (also great for chicken wings)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Wash and dry chicken. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well with whisk. Dip chicken in sauce, coating completely. Reserve remaining sauce. Place chicken in roasting pan or cookie sheet; and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees, basting occasionally with remaining sauce. Serves 6.

If cooking chicken wings, reduce cooking time to 25-30 minutes.
