GLAZED CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings (about 15)
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. five spice powder
2/3 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Cut wings at joint to make 3 pieces; discard tips. Place wings in shallow glass dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, turning chicken occasionally. Arrange wings on a rack in foil-lined broiler pan; reserve marinade. Cook in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake, brushing occasionally with marinade, until done, about 30 minutes. Serve with barbecue sauce or hot mustard sauce. (Mix 3 tablespoons dry mustard, 2 tablespoons water and 1 tablespoon soy sauce until smooth.
