GLAZED CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. 5-spice powder
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Disjoint wings, discard tips. Place wings in shallow glass dish. Mix rest of ingredients for marinade and pour over wings. Cover; refrigerate, turning, for at least 1 hour. Line broiler pan with foil. Drain wings (reserve marinade) and put on pan. Brush with marinade. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn wings; brush with marinade and bake 30 minutes longer. Continue brushing occasionally. These freeze very well.
