CHINESE HASH 
1 lb. ground beef (use more if you wish)
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. chicken rice soup
1 c. garden vegetables
1 onion cut fine
1 c. chow mein noodles
3/4 tsp. salt & pepper

Brown beef and onion; drain fat off. Then add other ingredients and bake 1 1/2 hours.
