PEANUT PUDDING TORTE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. dry roasted nuts, chopped

Blend flour and butter together. Add chopped nuts. Pat nut mixture into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

LAYER II:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipped cream

Cream together peanut butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Spread mixture over crumb layer.

LAYER III:

1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 3/4 c. milk

Mix together and spread over cream cheese layer.

LAYER IV:

Whip cream (1/2 pint whipping cream) to decorate top of pudding layer. Grate 1 chocolate bar (Hershey plain) and sprinkle with 1/3 cup chopped peanuts. Refrigerate.
