MEAT PIE CRUST | |
2 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt Cut in: 1/2 c. shortening, like making pie crust Add: 1 egg 3 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. lemon juice Roll 1/2 inch to 1/4 inch thick and put on top of meat that has been cooked and chopped (Add thickened broth to the meat). Bake at 350 degrees (9 x 12 inch pan) until golden brown. |
