2 c. all-purpose flour 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 c. butter (softened) 1 1/2 c. Angle Flake coconut Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar in bowl. Blend in butter until a soft dough is formed. If dough is too soft to handle, cover and chill. Shape into 1/4 inch balls, roll in coconut. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 or 25 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes about 1 dozen. |
