FAMOUS RUM CAKE 
1 pkg Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 c water
1/2 c Wesson oil
1/2 c rum
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup pecans

Topping:

1 stick butter
1 c sugar
1/4 c water
1/4 c rum

Mix all dry ingredients and add the liquids and nuts.

Bake in greased bundt pan. Let cake cool and remove from the pan. Bring the topping ingredients to a boil and pour over the cake while hot.
