QUICK VEGETABLE BEEF PASTA 
This recipe was concocted by me when I was in the mood for beef and noodles but didn't want to wait for the beef to cook. I serve this with a salad and crusty rolls or garlic bread. This recipe will feed my family of 4, with some leftovers for me to take in my lunch. 1 lb. pasta (I use egg noodles in the grocer's deli)
